As an author it is very rare you get an opportunity to write for your niece. I have written many plays, poems, and books since I've been writing at the age of 14, so to me this book is precious. Sanaa being the first granddaughter and niece to enter the Belton's family has shown to me that she can withstand many obstacles, so for me to write about her is a priveledge I don't take lightly. I enjoy to write, but to tell my niece's story is something I would cherish for the rest of my life.
This was not only an ejoyable book to write, but to read it. Little children who has trouble reading would enjoy a truthful book about a young girl trying her best to succeed in life
