About the Book
Not your momma's journal. I created a journal for myself since I couldn't find anything out there that spoke to me. I've experienced so much success on my weight loss journey by tracking my food and triggers that lead to overeats. I'm sharing this with all my sassy sisters so you can create the same success for yourself.
This journal has space for your food log, exercise, water, sleep, weight and measurements. There are journal prompts to examine your day and inspirational quotes to keep you motivated. At the end there are also a few empty pages for you to track or write what you'd like.

About Author
I'm new to journaling and food tracking. I've discovered that I love the data it gives me and the awareness that it brings. It's so much easier for me to catch those bs thoughts that lead me to overeat in the past. I can recognize the thoughts for what they are and choose to acknowledge, feel and let those go that do not serve me.
I had lost 50 lbs then I stalled. I started journaling as a way to see what I could level up. I've lost an additional 25 lbs by collecting this data. I cannot put a price on how valuable this has been for me. I'm working through the mental chatter that leads to the overeats and am able to deal with them before I hit the pantry now.
