Nick Liimatta was curled up in a cage at the Dog shelter and was next on death row. Robin, a friend of Camp Canine saw this dog and wouldn't leave without him. Robin was relentless in her determination to take this dog out with her that the manager of the shelter finally gave up in hopes to get rid of them both. Robin brought Nick (Saved in the nick of time)to Camp Canine where Christy said sure we will foster Nick and the book will tell how nick was nursed back from a hopeless deathrow shelter statistic to a happy life with a family!
