About Author
Marilyn has been a part of hundreds of children’s lives. She has a B.S. from Northwestern University and an M.S. from Columbia University in Speech & Language Pathology. She has been a children’s Speech & Language Pathologist, children’s birthday party entertainer, Gymboree Play Program teacher, and baby sign language teacher.
She also created a weekly column for an online newspaper called “For the Love of Kids,” where she interviewed children participating in fun activities around their community. She published 2 books titled, “Conversations with Children - The Funny, Poignant & Clever Things They Say” and “More Conversations with Children - More Funny, Poignant & Clever Things They Say.”
Marilyn’s lifelong connections with children, and especially her 3 grandchildren, have inspired this book series.
She has recently published her first poetry collection inspired by nature.
Marilyn lives in Northern California with her loving, funny and creative husband,..
