I am the mother of Matthew, my beautiful son who is considered Autistic. We live in Miami with Matthew's Daddy Jimmy, Brother Nicholas and two dogs Chonga and Birtha. Matthew was diagnosed with Dravet Syndrome when he was just 4 years old which is rare seizure disorder. He loves to go to the beach, swim, go camping and play basketball. We are the all American Family marching to the beat of a different drum.
Thank you for taking the time to read my book. The proceeds from the sale of this book are going to be used to train our Goldendoodle puppy "Birtha" to become a service dog. It is our hopes that when Birtha is done with her training she will also be able to detect oncoming seizures before they happen which could save Matthew life.
