If you're struggling to be yourself, it could be because you have lost touch with your true self while trying to please others. It's common to feel lost during life's transitions, such as a change in job, relationship, or location. However, it's important to remember that this feeling is temporary and will eventually pass. Finding your true self might require some effort, but it's usually a matter of trusting your intuition rather than overthinking. Some people are lucky enough to discover their true selves without much effort. Hopefully, you can find your true self by reflecting.

I am extremely grateful for the training I have received from my teachers, mentors, and supervisors, which has enabled me to learn about the science of psychotherapy and the art of assisting people in achieving their goals.
