At the undergraduate level of education, Anthony was graduated in Science from Broome Community College, Binghamton, NY; in FoodService Administration and Nutritional Care from the State University of New York at Morrisville, Morrisville, NY; in Dietetics from the State University of New York College at Oneonta, Oneonta, NY., and, at the graduate level of education, he was graduated from the Advanced PreProfessional Practice Program (AP4) Dietetic Internship Program through the Marriott Corporation - Healthcare Division of Sodexho Marriott, headquartered in Waltham, Massachusetts. He is a Dietitian in Binghamton, NY.
