These recipes are the ones mom cooked for her family and friends most often. These are the recipes we grew up with and those found with smears and crinkles in her much used recipe file. We could never eat these receipes without thinking of Mom. And, although we will enjoy making them for our friends and family, they will never taste as good as when she made them - because she always added love. We love you and miss you, Mom.

My Mother was an amazing cook. She loved nothing more than cooking for her family and friends. Her second love was gardening, and many of her recipes included items she grew in her garaden.
Our most wonderful memories included the food she made for family and friends; birthdays, holidays, picnics, or just a chat over a plate of cookies or bowl of green beans.
This isn't just a cookbook, it's my way of passing on the wonderful memories and love she gave us every day. Thank you, Mom.
