My wife and I have been in the gourmet food business for over 16 years. We started off owning 3 Gourmet retail shops, which allowed us to perfect and get feedback on our products from our loyal customers. After a few years, we decided to close down our shops and start producing our own lione of gourmet products. We started with 3 delicous hot sauces in the beginning, and with the response we received it grew into a line of over 30 products. We continued on until our first child was born, then decided to pull back from our business to raise a family. But our passion for great food never deceased. We started developing recipes for our products and thats where we are today. WE have 100's of recipes now and enjoy cooking together our simple but tasty recipes together.
