Pheobe always felt as if the world was out to get her. One heartbreak after another, she trusted barely anyone. Then she met Devon. Introduced through her fathers work, the two fell in love in an instant. But they always had to keep their relationship hidden, (with the exception of Devon's little sister, Jamie) due to their difference in age.
