At the heart of Jamaican Christmas is a nutritional drink called Sorrel. Red and rich in colour and taste, it is a drink every Jamaican consumes at Christmas, toddlers and adults alike.
It is a plant brewed with ginger and cane sugar, that is synonymous with the holiday season Jamaicans revere more than any other.
