Born and raised on the Westside of Chicago by my grandmother Nellie Bracey, cooking became one of my early passions coupled with my love for music.
During high school I was a part of the Hotel and restaurant management program of study which was known back in the day as the home economics course in many high schools.
Being that I decided not to pursue a career in cooking, I became a self taught chef, preparing suculant dishes for all of my friends and family,
