Dr. Fely Rose M. Nacario (aka Feliz Ruiz) is a renowned poetess, story teller, educationist, editor, social activist, and world peace ambassador. She is a well-qualified intellectual and a versatile individual in various walks of life. She has been serving as an educationist and developing life skills and competencies among her students. She obtained Doctorate degree (PhD) in Philosophy in Education with specialization in curriculum and instruction from Philippine Normal University in 2016. She also studied Master of Arts in Teaching English Language Arts. Dr. Fely Rose M. Nacario has penned number of poems, short stories, and articles on social issues. She has been participating in various poetry anthologies, her poems are published in different books worldly and won many prizes and certificates. She lives a beautiful and contended life, her life is full of joyous moments. She believes in new beginnings in life with peace, love and humility.

DR. FELY ROSE MONFORTE NACARIO, or FELIZ RUIZ, is a poet, writer and professor. She graduated with the following degrees: Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education, major in English, from Saint Michael’s College of Laguna, and Master of Arts in Teaching English Language Arts, and Doctor of Philosophy in Curriculum and Instruction, from Philippine Normal University, Manila Philippines. She has taught the English language for more than two decades in schools, colleges and universities, both in private and public schools. Her poetic acumen was harnessed during her college years where she served as writer for five years, and as editor in chief for three years. When she became a teacher, she served as school paper adviser. When she became a teacher, she served as school paper adviser.
