About the Book

Diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 2007, I have found it difficult through the years to function as a normal adult. I have recently experimented with taking my life back. Unable to work like most adults due to the constant changes in pain from day to day.

This book is a collection of the photography I have been fortunate enough to shoot as I attempt to get my weight under control because of the lack of motion over those seven years.
