Diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 2007, I have found it difficult through the years to function as a normal adult. I have recently experimented with taking my life back. Unable to work like most adults due to the constant changes in pain from day to day.
This book is a collection of the photography I have been fortunate enough to shoot as I attempt to get my weight under control because of the lack of motion over those seven years.

I have been a creative artist for many years. This includes writing, photography, crafting, scenting, jewelry making, and many other avenues of creativity. I have found ways to use my creativity to pay it forward.

Pay It Forward simply means that if someone helps you in some way that you, in turn, help someone else along the way. Don't expect anything in return, just simply say "Pay it forward!"
