Kirsten Nippard is a survivor, cycle-breaker, and single mother who turned her pain into purpose. After growing up in the shadow of abuse, abandonment, and generational trauma, she found the courage to reclaim her story—and is now using her voice to help others feel less alone in theirs.
With brutal honesty and unshakable strength, Kirsten writes about the raw realities of surviving childhood trauma, navigating single motherhood, and healing while still being needed.
