This series of readings of various papers written during the summer 2026 representing

theoretical research related to the unified theory of regulatory compliance and some of

its latest developments and enhancements, such as the psychology of regulatory

compliance, regulatory compliance gravity curve, and the regulatory compliance

interaction model. These enhancements build upon the more recent regulatory

compliance scale and the uncertainty-certainty matrix which are also addressed in these

papers.

There are several papers that were co-authored and in which I contributed dealing with

online professional development with an innovative child abuse prevention program: the

Penn State College of Medicine iLookOut program. These papers clearly delineate the

effectiveness of the program when it comes to child abuse decision making.

These papers support the Early Childhood Program Quality Improvement and Indicator

Model (ECPQIM).
