Hi! My name is Shelly, and I have one beautiful and thoughtful 8 year old daughter with the name of? Yep, you got it-Ava! I am a retired police officer who was injured in the line of duty, and after 18 years of working my dream job, I was forced to medically retire. It was devastating but I believe everything happens for a reason. The silver lining? I will never have to miss another holiday, birthday, field trip (you get the idea) again!
