These recipes primarily come from the private files of Eddie Hogan, with a few additions from several of her friends (Carolyn Matthews and Freddie Schrimper), her mother (Ophelia Hard) and her husband's mother (Marion Hogan). The collection has been lovingly curated by Eddie's children and grandchildren with personal remembrances of treats past. Photos are from family collections.
