In Coastal City the polices grip tightens for what seems like no random reason, to the normal mans eye. The real reason is that a Syndicate has risen to over throw over the government, taking over the city. With none noticing! However a group of civilians turn into the law as they make gangs of there own,to fight the rumored syndicate. This is only the beginning.
