Frank Romano grew up in southern California and attended Mt Empire High School in a little town called Campo, CA. He attended Flathead Valley Community College in Kalispell MT and graduated with an AAS in Land Surveying. He has three children from his late wife of 38 years and seven grandkids. He is happily remarried, semi-retired, living in the beautiful State of Minnesota.
