Karen Baxter is a dog trainer and dog expert. She has been working with dogs for over 20 years. She also worked as a educational assistant in the daycare industry. Nancy Hatch has a Phd in Clinical Psychology. She is a behaviourist and dog trainer and the owner of Good as Gold K9 School and Partner Dogs Canada. Together Nancy and Karen have developed a dog safety program for children. Beamer is Nancy's beloved Golden and the Good as Gold mascot
