"Wecome everyone! I am Camillia Flowerstone, your reporter for the 500th annual hunger games. Since it is the quarter quell, i will be drawing one card at random for the special twist." Camillia reached her long, bright blue finger nails into the bowl. She slowly twirled her hand around and came up with a card.
"Ok! This year, only one of the districts will be competing. 50 children ages 12-18 will be chosen, 25 girls and 25 boys. Good luck districts! And may the odds be ever in your favor."
