About Author
Barbara Van Clake is the aunt of Macy Kimball, the inspiration for these bedtime and morning wake up stories with many elements and play names from her own childhood. Her sisters, of which she has five, used to play school all the time at home, and these are the character names that they gave themselves as little girls on a dairy farm in Rush Lake, Wisconsin, the setting of the tales of Becky Becky Barnes and her friends. Enjoy the many tales and adventures of the Gaertner sisters lived through the characters in these books.
