Cabiman is a hero bent on ridding the city of new york of the foriegn speaking cab drivers. The main villian behind the foriegn speaking cab drivers is Nacho Fuerte, he kidnaps cab drivers and makes them speak with heavy foriegn accents to make Americans mad. Desert Eagle is not in New York at the time, instead he is at the Texas Mexican border keeping illegal immigrants from entering America. Little does he know he will have a hard time with the quick little mexican villian known as Speedy Gonzalez. Speedy jumps the border and beats Desert Eagle and runs all the way to New York city and desert Eagle seeks revenge and tracks Speedy down to New York and Desert eagle teams up with Cabiman as Speedy Gonzalez teams up with Nacho Fuerte in this epic battle between the legal and the illegal.
