A memorial for our late assistant principal, Janet Hall-Lane; the kindest soul that we have had the chance to know. The students created this story to celebrate her memory and her HEROIC place in all our lives.

Ms. Barker's second graders are a creative and loving bunch of students. They helped to write each page, and illustrated every single page. They wanted to make something that honored the memory of the only assistant principal many of them have ever had. This is one of the sweetest groups of children I have ever met.
