The bible according to Carmen - Family Cookbook

This cookbook includes images of the actual recipes Carmen Nicholson used to cook for her family and friends. These images are coupled with the transcribe recipes for any home cook to follow and enjoy. Take time to read the hand written notes that are so special. Also, included is a New Orleans creole cuisine primer that Carmen prepared in 1979 for a cooking class she conducted with a local woman's club. These are real pearls. My hope is that what Carmen loved most - making people happy with good food - will continue to grow. Enjoy!
