An evil changeling by the name of Sion Blamo murdered the bowling champion Chloe Blake's aunt Tammy. She frames her mother for the murder. Luckily, her boyfriend Clem Stevenson and his brother and sister Glenn and Irma disguise themselves as heroes as The Cloaked Man, The Hooded Man and The Hooded Lady fight off the changelings. They break her sister Jenny out of a mental hospital. Can these heroes rescue the children from the changelings and bring them home to their parents in Mayder before it's too late?
