About Author
I have spent my life in the kitchen with my grandmothers, great grandmothers and aunts fixing all the great down home recipes that you just dont see anymore. I compiled this book for all of us who still believe that food is the heart of the family and that cooking is a great way to keep the family working together. I used to love spending time in the kitchen with my grandmother. We would cook and talk about everything. It is the most memorable time of my life. Now I am passing that legacy on by cooking with my daughters. I hope this book inspires people to get closer to thier family members and take that quality time that is pretty much non existant in the modern family. Happy cooking everyone!
