As summers go, this was one for the memory books. It's not often that so many of our family can get together for a summer retreat. These are the times that I remember, maybe not all perfect at the time, but still so many happy moments that makes your heart skip a beat with the joy of life. When we are young, we can not imagine ourselves married with children and the love that you have for each other. I love to look back and see how each day and each memory form what our life will be. My mom once said, "I could never imagine you getting married and having kids !" I guess she never really knew me, cause I really wanted to be happily married and have kids. I probably didn't think having 7 kids, but that was before I met Brian. I really feel that my family is the most important thing in my life. I, like everyone else, had to learn day by day how to be a good mom and wife. I'm not perfect, but I really want my family to know that it is important that they know how much I love them.
