After a strange being is discovered in the frigid artic, a scientific team is called in, But a month later they are found brutally killed. Only a small group of survivors seem have the slightest clue to what has happened. A military escort arrives to take them to a secure base at Cheyenne Mountain, but are attacked by the beast during the night, killing almost all of the soldiers and wounding the rest. The group makes a run for it, Hi-jacking a car and driving, but by the time they make it to the military base, everyone is dead and mutilated. This results in a chase around the country and an all out war between the army and The Beast.
