Idyllic Monmouth Beach is surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean and the tumultuous 1960’s, holding fast to the way things have always been, until a little league baseball game momentarily upsets the balance. First person tale from a twelve year old boy in a simpler time, when kids were still kids and not everybody got a trophy. Key adult character development seasoned with a dose of family dysfunction.
