About the Book
William Alfred lived in France in the 1780’s. He was a hardworking, rich, young man. However, his family life wasn’t too great. His mother- in- law constantly nagged him, insulting him every chance she got. His wife, Elizabeth, was completely useless and a selfish woman who did not care an ounce about him and only listened to her mother. Not only was his home life miserable but he was also unhappy because the king was taking most of his money that he worked hard for. So he sets to not only fix his personal life but to also make a change in France
