The intent of this book is to demonstrate that the future growth and/or change in the hospitality industry will be an outgrowth of not only obvious factors such as marketing strategies or the general economic climate, but such subtle variables as the anticpated life-style changes that will ultimately dictate a need or incentive for these services.

At the graduate level of education, Anthony was graduated from the Advanced PreProfessional Practice Program (AP4) Dietetic Internship Program through the Marriott Corporation - Healthcare Division of Sodexho Marriott, headquartered in Waltham, Massachusetts. He is a Dietitian in Binghamton, NY.
