Tracie Smith is an English Major who lives in Cadiz, Kentucky. Today the owner of The Blue Farmhouse of Cadiz, Kentucky Wedding Venue. She spent time in Fredericksburg, Virginia where she worked at the Historic Kenmore Inn located on the very land her ancestors owned during the Revolutionary War. Her husband was stationed in Washington with the United States Army and is currently retired. Her fascination with ghost has been life long with many personal stories in tow. Her ancestor Col Fielding Lewis would have known Col Stephen Trigg as they both were from Spotsylvania, Virginia during the time of the Revolutionary War. She and her family first moved to Trigg County in 2003 settling in the old Broadbent Farmhouse on Cerulean Road. The house was haunted with many stories passed on from previous owners. One of the first ghost photos she took wore a Revolutionary era hat. The house burned in 2014. They rebuilt on the same spot along with a rustic chapel. Yes, the ghost are still there.
