Emily McLendon is a 14-year old girl from the suburbs of Albemarle, North Carolina. When she was 3 years old, Emily was diagnosed with autism. She never made that many friends, and was always lonely. She still has no real friends, but she's OK with that, since she has true friends in the books she reads. She has always wanted to be an author from a young age, and now has the chance. Emily loves the Internet, books, sleep, and all things PINK.
