About Author
Michelle Chedeville Klales was born at Riddle Memorial Hospital on 3/2/69. She graduated from West Chester East High School in 1987 and West Chester University in 2001. Proud mother of two sons, William Kenneth Bird 7/23/95 and Tyler Joseph Bird 3/24/97 and wife of Timothy C. Klales 8/10/58. This cookbook is dedicated to her husband Tim who is an incredible cook. We often talk about those old family receipes and how sometimes they are lost as loved ones pass on. This book is an effort to put them in writing so that they are not lost and future generations can appreciate them.
