Rachael McWilliams is a fieldwork student from Duke University's occupational therapy doctorate program. She is currently working with Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Rachael has faced challenges with hearing loss since a young age and has been a hearing aid user since high school. She now uses her own experience with hearing loss to help others gain confidence and be proud of their differences and what makes them unique.
