Maria Rodriguez is an author who currently resides in the Bronx, was raised in Jersey City,NJ but was born in the Dominican Republic. Maria found the love of reading at age 6 when her grandmother taught her to read her first book, Arthur. She wishes she can pass the same love of reading to her daughter Haydee, who finds story time amazingly entertaining.
