In the little house up on the hill lived little Tom. He loved His dad and mom and his friends also. One day, Tom had an idea. His friend’s had pocket books and He didn’t. He wondered if Dad would buy him a pocket book, so he asked his dad.
“Dad”, Tom said.
“Yes son,” Dad answered.
“May I buy a pocket book today. All my friends have one and I don’t. And they keep asking me why I don’t have one?” Tom asked.
“We’ll see,” said Dad.
After talking to mother, Dad decided to by a pocketbook.
Well, they went to a store that afternoon to buy a pocket book.
“Daddy,” said Tom. “I like this shiny leather pocket book one.”
“Let me see what the price is.” replied Dad. “I think the price will be Cheap enough. So, let’s go to the checkout.”
After they paid, Dad told Tom to keep his pocketbook in the sack till we got home, so he wouldn’t lose it. While Dad wasn’t looking, He slipped his pocket book in his pocket.
