Mrs. Lynch lives in Scandia, Minnesota. Her most fulfilling job was the Food Service Director AKA Lunch Lady at a School in Minnesota for nineteen years. Nancy loved her job and her students that she greeted daily with a smile and encouraging word. Mrs. Lynch loved to educate her students with new and healthy foods. Serving them in a fun and friendly atmosphere.
