When the only person you have left with you breaks your heart, what else can you do?

18 year old Kathleen Adams wins herself a scholarship to Cambridge University, packs her bags, and leaves Manhattan for good, dumping all her memories behind in the house on the verge of falling apart.

She reaches the airport with only one thought in mind - to reach Cambridge peacefully and settle in nicely.

All her hopes are ruined when a guy crashes into her, staining her clothes and to top it off, he looks so similar to her ex-boyfriend. Furious, she makes sure the guy suffers before running off to catch her flight, with an ache in her heart. All that is on her mind is never to see that guy again.

Too bad things don't always turn out the way she wants it to.

Especially when he turns out to be her roommate.
