Cindy Calderon a Brooklyn native is a poet at heart. "The Pretty Pretty Ballerina" is her 3rd children's book of which she is extremely proud of.
In her spare time, she enjoys all areas of creative writing, literacy and the arts.
Besides her enjoyment of writing children's books she has also authored 2 poetry books and 2 novels.
Mrs Calderon is the sole operator of her Poetic/Spoken Word platform which is a clean mic platform. She takes delight performing her spoken word pieces as well as host poetry shows alongside special invited guest artist.
Mrs Calderon cherishes spending time with family and close friends.
While she is currently embracing a new hobby of photography, writing will always hold dear to her as her number one go to for excitement and enjoyment.
Mrs Calderon is extremely proud of her blossoming Queendom which consist of 8 grandchildren who adore her writing and looms as her #1 fans
Mrs Calderon is happily married and a mother of 4 adult children.
