The Regenerator

A lonely and bullied kid, Phil Hanson from Oakland, goes out on a walk to the petting zoo to visit the animals and reptiles. When he goes to touch a poisonous reptile, Phil Hanson gets bit on his hand, but instead of being poisoned he gets the ability to re-grow his limbs. Later on he calls himself “The Regenerator” and becomes a hero, battling his bullies and protecting anyone who is in danger.
