Book One
Mlila is 12 years old and she just got home from the hospital. She was in a car accident that almost killed her. Now she's in a wheelchair probably for the rest of her life, because her legs got crushed. Mlila knew what Sophia was going to do when she got back to school. Mlila didn’t know that a new kid could save her from Sophia, but he did.
Book Two
Mlila and Mason have two twins that make them crazy. However, when a bear kept eating their trash and getting closer to the house the parents got a guard dog to protect the children. But when the dog went missing they both knew that it was time to leave.
