I wanted to say “I love you” to my new husband with a recap of my memories from the last 7 years together. His mother's health is failing, breaking both of our hearts. I hope a reflection on happier times will remind him that happier times are still ahead. I hope a reflection on darker times will remind him of all that he can get through.
