Girl Scout troop 50149 has been together for the past six years. The troop consists of five members: Kara McLaughlin, Kate Williams, Julia Brown, Alexandra Watkinson, and Katie Gaia. This past year they embarked on a mission to earn their silver award. The silver award requires 50 hours of community service, and for their project they decided to write children’s books and donate them to children around the city of Stamford.
