About Author
Ricky Kendall is a multidisciplinary artist, writer, and musician currently living in Las Vegas, Nevada with his husband, Doug Duncan—the love of his life. A lifelong creative force, Ricky’s career spans graphic design, music, poetry, glass work, and ritual basketry, including his Dream Weaver creations made in Sedona, Arizona. In 2012, he designed the Recursions theme for Microsoft Windows and earlier released his CD Crayon in 1995.
Raised among the rugged landscapes of Montana’s Rocky Mountains and Wyoming’s red desert, Ricky draws deep inspiration from nature, spirit, and justice. He is also an advocate and occasional journalist, focusing on LGBTQ+ issues, women’s rights, and the stories of marginalized communities.
Ricky’s work lives at the crossroads of beauty and truth—always searching, always creating.
