"Everyone in our family is named after a constellation. There's me Carina, my brother Leo, my cousin Cassiopeia she goes by Cassie though. It's been a tradition in my family for a long time, I don't even know how long. Lots of my family also keeps journals, so I guess writing is a thing in our family."

Anaya is a young reader who has always liked to write. She started writing in second grade, and this is her first novel. She has read many fictions, but what she most liked were the ones about the supernatural. She started watching shows about the supernatural, whilst writing this book. She first started continuing the Harry Potter series in second grade when she read all seven books, and now she's grown to write her own ideas.
