This book is about my experiences learning to play the violin as a child and through adulthood which had a big influence in my life. There is a little bit of everything: humor, disappointment and joy. It expresses the importance of music in children's lives.

I have been painting for over 20 years and have exhibited both locally and nationally. My art is colorful, whimsical and illustrative. Playing the violin had a large influence on my art. My art has been featured on the covers of music magazines and journals and recently I had a mural installed with the San Antonio Public Library System.
