Growing up, I spent all of my time in the kitchen with my grandmother. My sister and my children have always been in awe at how I can cook, hardly looking at a recipe. So I wrote the recipes down for any and all to cook and enjoy what I have for a lifetime.

Brenda Brooks is a columnist, travel writer and now breaking groud as a digital photographer as she travels, hoping to share her visions with the world.
